Ronnie believes that there is a natural affinity between South West art and the geometric design styles found in Caucasian rug motif. Although separated by a distance of 6 thousand miles Native Americans and the tribesmen of the Caucasus have much in common, like horses, tribal life, pottery, blankets and hand woven rugs. Beginning with the Crusaders and continuing through Tamerlane and the Ottoman Empire, textile trade between east and west has continued virtually uninterrupted. Rugs and blankets found their way into the Old South West, through early settlers and trading posts. As a result, the influence of Caucasus color and style has been around for centuries to a point where they are now a staple of American decor.

Properties: The rugs are made in the USA from premium quality continuous filament nylon, employing “EnduraStran” construction which yields a foot traffic rating of medium to heavy commercial use. The rugs will not wear out or ugly out like Polypropylene. EnduraStran yarn system is fade resistant, antistatic, antimicrobial and has stain and soil protection. The rug colors are applied using “Pre-Met” dyes which have excellent light fastness properties and will not run or bleed when cleaned. The dyes are infused into the rug by Digitally Applied Color Technology (DACT). This ensures deep dye penetration into fiber and yarn bundles providing color luster, color fastness and durability
